Dennis Denev - Founder
Back in 2018, Dennis was diagnosed with brain tumor. Surviving more than 8 hours surgery, he was left with many physical and emotional deficits which set him on a search for something. Luckily he regained his physical strength and traveled to Peru, Bulgaria, Japan. Discovering a unique combination of travel and outdoor activities, inspired by his personal travels, he started a nonprofit organization offering post-treatment programs to patients in the hope to help them with their recovery and improve their lifestyle.

Meiling Lau is the Founder of MLL Management LLC, an accounting consulting firm that helps clients with operations management and accounting services. She graduated from the University of Stony Brook with a bachelors degree Economics and minor in Business Management and later received her Masters in Accountancy from the City University of New York at Baruch. She is a former Financial Controller at Eberhart Brothers, a family owned real estate firm, managing over 1000 units of residential and commercial real estate in New York City. In addition to her busy schedule, her love for travel has taken her to hike to the peak of Kilimanjaro, visited the natural habits of Darwin’s finches in the Galapagos Islands, and much more.
Eli Liberman - managing director
Eli Lieberman is an Account Manager with B&H Photo Video in Manhattan; focusing on critical thinking and problem solving, with a skillset of developing and maintaining client relationships. He is a graduate of Sy Syms School of Business in NY with a bachelor degree in Management and a minor in Marketing.
Eliot Edelstein - fundraiser
Previously Eliot managed a successful fashion industry business. Going through life altering experiences, later he started a career in sales and marketing. Eliot's mother passed from brain cancer in 2018, so he found the team of Travelogion and joined for a specific purpose to assist and help.
NATALIA SHISHIDA - pROGRAM dIRECTOR
Natalia is the mother of a 5-year-old girl, stepmother to three girls, and godmother to five kids. Natalia holds law degrees from both Russia and the United States, studying currently in a business school tax program and has extensive volunteering experience at the United Nations, where she worked for the Convention on the Right of Persons with Disabilities.

Sasha currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and works at Manhattan School of Music as a Graphic Designer. “Art and music is definitely my medication, as well as all of our beat for life.”

As an Outreach Team Lead for Trinity Church Wall Street reminds me of what I’m being held accountable for; the sense of community, that I’ve been thought by many of the world brothers and sisters that opened their lives to changed mine, invites me to see that our calling is deeper than our social labels. The service calling comes from community. Calls from deep inside us as a race. As humans and our every action, inaction and interaction influences, affect or nurture the rest of us. So, to be there for each other, is what makes us a community and that’s what I like to call my way of living. Community.

Videlina comes back to visit the magnificent Rila mountain in Bulgaria. “It has been a great source of energy, healing and renewal during the years. It is a place for contemplation, self-discovery and revelation.” Videlina works as a Holistic medicine practitioner. She studied in Berlin the disciplines of Phytotherapy (Herb knowledge), Homeopathy, Iridology and Feet reflexology.
Ivan Botev - Director of PROGRAMMING japan
Ivan Botev currently teaches at the Department of International Communication and Culture, Toita Women's College, Tokyo. Ivan does research in Primary, Language, and Higher Education, as well as in Picturebook Studies and Community Development. His team's current project is 'Exploring the Art of Living Together in 21st Century Ethnically Diverse Europe: Fostering Strong Sense of Belonging, Living in Harmony with One Another, and Integrating Refugees' funded by the Toyota Foundation.
Bianca Ilich - public relations and marketing
Bianca Ilich is also is an experienced acting coach. Her career as a teacher starts at Liverpool Institute Performing Arts. After her graduation at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute NYC she become an assistant for the Young Actors Program for the well known actors and acting teachers Ron Nummi and Mauricio Bustamante.
Every summer she is directing musicals and plays for the Young Actors at the Dreamland Theater on Nantucket.
Becky Sagen - Adventure and recreational program director
Becky is a book lover and writer, with a background in Theater Arts. Her love of exploring has taken her to 39 countries so far, and fueled a passion for responsible adventure travel. She currently lives outside of Detroit and is a freelance editor and a fitness coach.
